We spent Christmas Eve and Christmas morning in Escondido. Had a fabulous dinner and a very yummy breakfast.

We came home in the afternoon and had another great dinner with the rest of the family.

Cub Scouts Food Drive

The Cub Scouts did their annual food drive. They passed out bags on week and went back the next to collect the donated food. They did an outstanding job...here are a few pictures of the day.

The Troop gathered at the park to unload the donated food. It is incredible to see the amount of food these young boys collected. What a GREAT job.......................

After we went to Bate's Nut Farm we went back to Carisa and Zac's to celebrate Ethan's 2nd Birthday.....

Today we went to Bate's Nut Farm to pick out pumpkins. I thought I could get all four of our Grandchildren in one GREAT picture........Ya Right !!! Well here are some pics of our day.

"Vacation Anyone"

We took a much deserved vacation...a Cruise to the Mexican Riveria. We enjoyed spending time with Alex & Sue, Mom, and our friend Cam. Here are a few pics of our adventures.

In Puerta Vallarta we took a tour of the Rain Forest in the Sierra Madre's. We went to an area that where they filmed Preadator. It was very hot and humid. We took a 45 minute hike up hill, down hill and on a trail very narrow at times with a drop on one side down to a river. We actually signed waivers ahead of time...guess we should have read them first.

Cam found a strangers hand to hold while crossing the river. If Cam could see the look on this person's face she may have dropped her hand.

We ended up back at Chino's Paradise...we ordered off the menu..It was a visual menu....
